Moto E6 started flashing like this when charging and wont turn on. The only sign of life is a flashing white light next to the front facing camera whenever it is plugged in. We have 5 moto x4 phones new and both mine and my husbands started doing this.
To set the Access Point Name APN and turn on data settings follow these steps.
To temporarily fix the issue push the power key to turn the screen off then push the key again turning the screen back on.
