Why Doesn T My Laptop Charge My Phone. I switched laptop on it still said 64. I have tried 3 different USB cables so i know thats not the issue.

That can be done because USB can power them enough to charge them.
First the computer normally has to be powered on well come back to this in a sec. Is there any power settings in windows or in BIOS that is preventing my Smart phone to get charged. I disabled my phone and its dead so i cant plug it into iTunes but my phone wont charge and the phone charged prior. Tried different ports on this laptop there is 3 ports No changes if laptop is connected to DC or only with battery.
